FF, is it a Pantene conditioner? I have the same gripe. When I opened the tube I have now, the cap broke off. Now, I can't even store it upside down to make the product easier to get out.

Well I have been having some issues lately,, BP sky high, put on Lisinopral and am having horrible side effects. Dizzy is the worst, and my own driving makes me nervous! Luckily I have a carpool for work most days, and by afternoon it seems to get better ( I take the pill at night).. but Dr said it can take 3 weeks to work so I am trying to wait it out until I see her in 2 weeks. My BP went down initially but was higher today ( but luckily nowhere near as high as it was ) Never high before so we are working on it. Then yesterday I had 2 root canals! I have to say that went great,, no pain except for the novacaine and I was worried for nothing there! Hopefully things will improve soon!

There is a hair conditioner that I really love, until the company put the product into a tube.... now I can't squeeze the conditioner out due to arthritis in my fingers, unless I put it on the floor and step on it :P Conditioners have always been so much thicker than shampoo, of which I have no problem with. Who's bright idea was this? Some 25 year old marketing genius?

Regarding packaging, I have always noticed throughout the decades how products have become smaller. Well, I pulled off my storage shelf a package of paper towels, I always purchase the same brand, and this package was pretty dusty sitting in storage for so long.

I pulled out a roll of paper towels from that dusty package and there was such a noticeable difference between how many sheets were on the old roll compared to what we get today. It was almost comical the difference. Makes me wonder what the roll will look like ten years of now :)

Saw this:
If you are skinny, you are on drugs. If you are fat, you need to lose weight. If you drink, you are an alcoholic. If you get dress up, you are conceited. If you dress down, you’ve let yourself go. If you speak your mind, you are rude. If you don’t say anything, you are snobbish. If you are sociable, you’re a party animal. If you stay to yourself, you are detached.
You can’t do anything without being criticized. We live in a society where people can’t survive if they are not judging the next person. Let’s build each other up. We are all the best we can, in the same game called life.

Green tea and sitting at room temp of 19C (66F) for two hours in the morning seem to be boosting my metabolism. I am not finding the hours of cold as bad as I did to begin with and generally not feeling the cold as much. I look better too - more colour. Dd noticed that.

Yay. I love it when these things actually work!

Aw that's not fair Glad, many of the unlucky people on those videos were not driving any differently than the rest of the people on the road.
Which is why so many feel that it's their superior skills and not dumb luck that has kept them from being the subject of somebody's dash cam video upload 🙄.

Nobody worry about SoCal unless Disneyland and Six Flags Magic Mountain are closed!
Lol, how are the people out and about getting home, if both the 14 and I-5 freeways are closed? The I-5 flooded, a Travel Village had 4 RV's wash into the river.

No complaints if you just stay home.

Because, Glad.
The rain is not good enough, the snow is just not good enough, it hardly counts. I may be living in an alternate reality.
When I look out my window just now, the sun is just starting to shine.

The news reports of a blizzard, worst storm in decades keep me cynical and a bit over concerned. So I spent some time online, looking to buy an SUV, Jeep, or 4 wheel drive RV (for a safe escape, if needed).

I know there is snow, somewhere, and there is rain, somewhere.

Last night it rained a long time, and wind. It was scary but not newsworthy.
Both the I-5 freeway and the 14 freeway are/were closed both ways early this morning. Because, no one knows how to drive if they never experienced this extreme weather.

Thank you for asking about it.
I should try to venture out soon, but I am scared.

Answering to Llama:
Truth is, I don't know about the emergent emergency for either person. Neither do they, apparently.

Years ago, (2014) when I fell, the paramedics came out and were going to transport me to the Emergency Room. I declined the transport, so I get it when a person wants to delay the inevitable treatment necessary. Falling does not make me an expert on falls. One minute you're standing, and the next you are on the ground.

The next day, I did go to the E.R. on my own. Had a broken ankle bone, was soft-casted, but hurt so much, I removed it. It was the kind of break that I could put enough pressure on to walk, but needed a support boot.

Returned to my PCP, who diagnosed a broken clavicle two weeks after the fall and broken ankle.

Those falls can get ya! Years later!

It was a common occurrence that E.R. x-rays missed things. For example, a broken rib in some patients, because it did not show up for days, explained to me by the E.R. doctor/surgeon when those patients went to his office for follow-up.

I had two falls resulting in a broken ankle, 2013 and 2014. The Orthopedic Surgeon found the first fracture (old) when finding the second fracture!
It was not found because the pain was in my foot, not my ankle, I am thinking.

Slowed down walking since then.

The persons who did not go to the E.R. yet, are still hurting.
Recommended Urgent Care, but compliance is low. I get it.

Unless you are expecting a prolonged period of warmer weather I'd shovel at least partially. Wet snow is heavy snow, and if colder weather follows the heavy wet snow becomes rock solid.
Of course if everyone is driving a pickup or an suv they might not be bothered driving over that 😝

Now seeing 100% chance of *rain* on Monday in Rochester... ugh!

To shovel, or not to shovel? That is the question — Whether 'tis nobler for the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous weather, or to take up a shovel against a sea of snow in the driveway...

Probably a good thing too cause Vancouverites tend to leave their brains at home when it snows.
