If interested, the link to that ^ article can be found via an online search.
The author of the article shares an uplifting and loving perspective on the journey of those experiencing life changes that crop up, as a result of aging and memory loss -- the experiences of both loved ones affected by dementia and also their "lovees."
I do like the author's approach to coping! It is refreshing.
Otherwise, I am truly enjoying time spent with my mom via video chats and then also with recently allowed in-person visits (after the long year's wait to resume those visits with re: the necessary lockdown due to the COVID-19 state of emergency).
The staff of mom's memory care residence are superheroes. Really and truly.
👍This website is a gem! I am grateful to have the opportunity to participate in the forums.
