It was a pleasure to do business with Comfort Keepers of Stuart. It was a last minute, late evening decision to have someone stay with my husband after surgery at Jupiter Medical Center. For Comfort Keepers of Stuart's cost of care service provided for my Mother, I feel the quality of people and inconsistancy of caregivers was pretty poor. There were very few who were compatible with my mother or her culture, one of whom actually stole some precious valuables from her and I suspect was preparing to come back for more as I found a back room made accessable for someone to sneak into mother's home. Better screening processes need to be practiced. I am very sorry to say that the best care possible was not provided for my mother which is not comforting to family who lived so far away from her.

As a family we were very pleased with the care provided by the Comfort Keeper of Stuarts's team. As mom has dementia we found that not all caregivers were a good fit for mom, but the folks at Comfort Keepers were very understanding and accommodating. They treated mom & dad with respect & dignity, almost like family. Mom is now in a rehab facility and will most likely be moving to a long term care facility. We anticipate that dad, with Parkinson's, will need services and will call Comfort Keepers!
