Local owners, Kim Floyd and Joe Ragain know what it means to take care of people. Kim has more than 20 years of experience working as a nurse. Over her career, she has worked in the ER, in Med-Surgical Units, with the Veteran's Administration and most recently, worked for another Interim HealthCare franchisee. Joe has spent more than 40 years solving problems as an engineer with one of the top firms in the nation. Having learned from their experiences with their own parents and from their chosen careers, how to provide true quality care and after doing lots of research, Kim and Joe decided to join the Interim HealthCare family as owners of the Collier County territory.
Joe and I are proud of the quality of care we give and how we help people who want to live in the comfort of their own home. We could see that Interim shared our dedication to helping people. I have to say, Interim HealthCare was the best agency by far that care for my mother! I've been through three different agencies and none compared to this one! I was very impressed with the caregiver that got my mother to actually speak and smile. Normally, my mother is always quiet and refuses to listen to anyone; she's definitely a hard cookie! But this caregiver proved to my mother that she really cared. I noticed, everyday she'd tell a different joke to my mom and even though my mom would be so serious, each day the caregiver would try and she'd be so sweet and patient with my mother. Until one day, my mother cracked a smile back and mentioned something about the joke to the caregiver, I was so shocked! I couldn't believe it and I remember asking the caregiver how did she do it and she replied, "I knew with time your mother would open up and trust me, it doesn't take too long for someone to realize when a person truly cares for them." Her actions, her words, everything just had me wowed and made me feel secure about the care my mother was receiving. As a daughter, I know how hard it is finding the "perfect" person to care for your mom, dad, or someone close to you, that's why I'm telling you about my experience and I'm definitely recommending Interim HealthCare of Naples to you!

The people here are great! They are so caring and informative. They really know how to make you feel secure, I'm very picky about anyone being around my husband because it has been many years of caring for him a certain way myself. I was worried the care would be different but I have to say, they took care of all of my worries! When the caregivers walk into my home, it feels like family is over to give me that extra help I need to take care of my husband. My Nana can be a bit feisty sometimes when it comes to new people and changes but with the caregiver that Interim provided I did not have any issues. Kim, our caregiver, handled my mother very well and kept such a positive attitude with her. She was so helpful in taking her shopping, tidying up her home, cooking for her and taking her for walks. Not only did they do an amazing job with her, the freed up time for me. To include, Kim and Joe make the initial process smooth and easy going. I would highly recommend them for anyone's family.

This agency went above and beyond for me and family. We used them from discharging out of the hospital to getting back into the home, without their care we would not have known any of the instructions we were sent home with, they are phenomenal with their transition program. The aides were reliable and trustworthy. They took care of many of the things that previously had to be handled by myself, or other family members, such as shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, etc. KUDOS to all of you for your help and caring.
