Jason Neufeld is consistently recognized as a top lawyer among his peers in Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite, Avvo, or Super Lawyers Magazine (2012-2019). Jason is committed to assisting and protecting the most vulnerable members of society. His substantial work with the elderly led Jason to expand the firm’s practice to handle Elder Law and Medicaid-Planning related issues such as: incapacity planning, Medicaid ICP (long term care) planning, special needs trusts, or assisting with guardianships, probate and fighting long-term care insurance denials.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami.
Jason is on the Board of Directors for the North Dade Bar Association (former President, VP and Treasurer); North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce; Ancient Spanish Monastery; B’Nai Brith Justice Unit of Broward; and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation – North Dade Branch. Jason is also a member of Leadership Broward Class XXXII (Aroo!); and the Florida Justice Association. Jason also sits on an 11th Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Panel.
Jason was honored with a proclamation (“Jason Neufeld Day”) by the City of North Miami Beach in 2007 for his civic activism. Jason has raised money and volunteered his time with Broward Partnership for the Homeless, ARC Broward, Special Olympics, March of Dimes, and Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
Jason is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
