Matthew A. Grosh is a partner at Herr and Low, P.C. and practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, business law, nonprofit organizations and taxation.
After Matthew was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1999, he served as a judicial law clerk with the Honorable Michael J. Perezous in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. He then broadened his experience as an Assistant Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County.
Matthew obtained his J.D. in 1999 from the Villanova University School of Law, where he also received an LL.M. in taxation in 2001. He had previously received a B.A. in Political Science magna cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University in 1995 and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Matthew resides in Manheim Township with his two children, and is a proud graduate of Leadership Lancaster‘s 2017 Core Class. He is a Preferred Consultant for the Nonprofit Resource Network and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations. He has served as a member of the board of directors for Excentia (formerly PAI Corporation) and is currently the Immediate Past President of the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County. Matthew is also proud to be a founding member of 100 Men who Care Lancaster, PA.
