Our Home Care Team - Our clients are our no. 1 priority and with that in mind, MediCrest has assembled healthcare teams of experienced, caring, professionals comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurses’ Aides of diverse race, culture and background to fulfill our clients’ home care needs. We will only hire individuals who are experienced in home care, have a passion for caring and are flexible and reliable. All caregivers are thoroughly screened and are bonded and insured before becoming a part of our team. Our requirement includes, but is not limited to: At Least One (1) Year of Home Care Experience, Verifiable Professional and Personal References, National Criminal Background Check, Drug Test, Driver’s License or State ID, Social Security Card, TB Test/Chest X-ray, Professional License or Certification, Competency Testing, and Personalty Assessment.

Our Clinician performs a complimentary comprehensive evaluation and assessment of the client’s physical and environs and works closely with the client/responsible party and/or his/her physician to develop a Plan of Care. Once home care services have begun, a supervisor makes periodic visits to monitor and assess the client’s progress to ensure appropriate milestones are met and outcomes are achieved and to determine if changes in the Plan of Care are needed. MediCrest Home Care’s supervisors also observe the caregivers performing their tasks and ensure each client is satisfied with our service and the Plan of Care is being followed.
