So, I posted earlier about everything. So I just talked to M. He said his brother set up a camera in MY HOME, not hers to watch her to comply with the 24/7 judicial mandate.

Is this legal?

Stacy, you really do need to give us an overview. As I said in another post, I am not able to look at ur previous posts. We read many posts a day. If we could just have an overview it will probably jog our memories.

I would want any and all cameras that some guy installed in my house unbeknownst to me removed immediately. Who is this guy that he just happens to have a bunch of cameras lying around and is more than happy to secretly install them? Maybe he put some in the bathrooms, dressing areas, etc.?

This sounds like potential stalking, harassment or who the heck knows what and I would report it to the police and see what they suggest.

Stacy: Please add a summary of your backstory to your profile, including a list of abbreviations. We can't keep up.

It sounds like Medicaid has nothing to do with the camera.

M (who is, if I recall correctly, your unwelcome tenant's relative/caregiver) is apparently claiming that the judge wanted 24/7 monitoring?

While Medicaid promised 24/7 in home care?

Does the court order say anything about a camera?

Where is the camera? If it is in her room, my guess is that it is legal. Does her court ordered rent/utilities specify that it includes internet that would support the camera?

Stacy, who is M to you? And why does he feel its OK to put cameria's in your home. If you own the home, you are the only one on the deed then I would say what M did was illegal.
