He and a different sister found paper she bought plot for me when I died by them. They secretly sold the plot out of jealousy. Mom's wishes were to be buried by me and dad. Are the siblings culpable? I only want to honor mom's wishes. Now I have no plot. Is what they did legal? It shows no respect for our parents.
In any case, you need to contact your mother’s attorney that you said previously that she had. If they don’t already know what’s going on with Mom, you need to fill them in. If yiur brother and sister and the “they” you write about are doing anything illegal, the attorney can arrange to bring charges.
Said she could not contact me he placed her in danger guardian only claims he bulked her also
i could not take her to post surgical appointment because he told the long she can't leave he jeopardized her recovery
She also suggested drugs to alter her state of mind she fell d's pelvis landed in hospital then rehab I took her home from rehab now she has healed walks etc they sold everythiny they stole including my plot she wants nothing to do with them guardian needs to be removed cruelty prosecuted
Your brother abandoned her at the door to the facility and they took her in without any papers signed, guarantee of payment or anything? What’s a “placement guardian” and why would she be “forced in” a facility? Who is violent? Mom or brother? Who does the facility contact if there is an issue? Who pays for her care?
Now guardian. How was brother able to place Mom when there is a guardian. Do u mean guardian or POA. Two different things. Mom needed to assign a POA and only she can revolk and reassign someone. A guardian is appointed by the Court. A lawyer is involved, a hearing to find the person incompetent and then the Judge appoints the guardian. The guardian is responsible for much more than a POA and is accountable to the state. If this is what u mean, u need to go to the court and tell them guardian is not doing their job.
Without the help of an attorney, you can’t do anything but escalate the family war. If you have any paperwork at all from Mom that she bought this plot for you, bring it to the attorney’s office. You can also contact the cemetery and ask them if they have copies of this paperwork.
