You have written us before about your dilemma and been answered.
The death certificate will be on file in your county records.
Look up online "How to get a death certificate in _______________County.
Then follow the instructions.

As to whether your sister coerced your mother to do ANYTHING, you best have solid proof of that.
If your mother passed on Jan 2nd you need to allow at least a month for the death certificate to be filed. Your sister, who is POA will have copies of the death certificate. She need not share them with you. If you wish your own, go to county records.

If you are a beneficiary you must legally be notified of that fact according to the laws of your state. Look up "legal rights of beneficiary in the state of ______________."

If you wish the help of an elder law attorney, look one up for your area online.
Again..............................best of luck.
Remember, repeating the same questions can only result in the same old answers, at best.
