I stopped just this week (I am home this week from work). Just worried about coming in and bringing COVID-19 into her home. I’m just not sure what to do at this point. She does already have COPD/heart issues but gets around her house pretty good. Thanks!
The theory is that masks reduce droplets, if any from a potential carrier. Note that these are masks she already had on hand, if you don't have any you could look into home made substitutes.
Also lots of hand washing and six feet of social distance when possible, e.g. laundry and food prep.
Hot food or foods to be cooked later feel safer.
Also she cranks up the HEPA air filter during visits and uses a zinc melt. Chicken soup or vitamin C if you prefer.
