My doctor is out sick. Usually with the flu, it cannot be mistaken due to abrupt symptoms of coughing, fever, sore-throat, headache, runny nose, sneezing, stomach pains, vomiting, diarrhea, whole bodycaches and pains. You are down and out for the count, then recover and regain your strength, 1-2weeks.
Has anyone experienced any different, vaguely unfamiliar on- going symptoms that you just cannot shake? Can it be THE FLu?
What have you done to help yourself?

Thanks Pam! I totally agree WASH YOUR HANDS!
Then, don't touch your face.
Clean and steriize the door handles, any counter tops, the toilet seat and handle.
Anything that can be called a fomite. A fomite is an object that germs live on, a hard surface-doorknobs, or clothes, a grocery cart, trash can, etc.

Been getting a yearly flu shot since the 1980's, thus haven't had the flu or any near symptoms ever since then. And on Saturdays I would do volunteer work at the hospital so one would think I would bump into a flu virus lurking around the corner. So far, knock on wood, I have avoided the issue.
