My sister isolated my Dad. She would not allow him to visit me. She hid him when I came to bring him home with me for a week or so. 4 years before he died, she seemed to "force" him to do what she wanted. He signed over all his assets and assigned her as his executor. She never followed his instructions after his death. Can I prosecute her now? I think she may have abruptly removed his "blood thinner" Coumadin and took him to "other doctors" that did not know him. Since he died she has done nothing with his bills, assets, etc, except spend money like she is a millionaire. Now she is in jail for 12 felony charges and is facing serious time. Can we prosecute her for "neglect" or for anything!
