Find Care & Housing
Costs will vary by state, but most charge between $20-$30/hour, so you can do the math by how many hours you think you'd need help. But remember most if not all agencies require a 4 hour minimum/day.

Boating480, welcome to the forum. Beside the hourly rate of a home caregiver, you need figure out if you will do the payroll deductions or have a check writing service do this for you, which is another cost.

If the caregiver is not from a caregiving agency, another cost to think about is a workman's comp policy on your homeowner's insurance. This policy is for in case the caregiver gets hurt on the job.

We paid $30 per hour in rural Maryland but in my area you could get someone for a 3 hour minimum from several agencies in the area.
