She also is incontinent. I have a house in Birmingham, but we just need to get there. She is on oxygen 24/7 and I can’t afford the portable oxygen concentrator (until I move) Any suggestions?

Can she rent a concentrator for the move (assuming you mean by your car)? Have you called a medical equipment supplier or asker her pulmonologist about this?

Is she bedridden? Sounds like you really will need an ambulance transport. You will need to research services in either of the cities you mentioned.

The Safest way to move her is via a private jet transport with a nurse or at least an emt on board vs driving. In either case you should acquire the portable concentrator so that she has an oxygen supply whenever she needs to visit the doctor.

Search "Long Distance Medical Transport Sand Diego" and start your search that way.
This will be VERY expensive and you will most likely be paying the fee round trip as they are very unlikely take someone from Alabama to California.
Another option would be to rent a camper and have the help of a caregiver or if necessary a CNA or Nurse for the trip. If the camper is rented you will be paying for it 1 way but you will be paying a CNA or Nurse for the trip then transportation back.
