My younger brother took my father to his solicitor and his recent application to appoint me was withdrawn, I am unsure whether my father has continued the POA process appointing my brothers. I have no relationship with my brothers and my father deemed to have capacity by Consultant psychiatrist and his solicitor who carried out the process to the letter of the law in Scotland.
I feel my father has failed so much in the past 6 months he would no longer be medically deemed to have capacity and I just want to find out if my brothers managed to get POA put in place, where or what can I do to find out ??
I have absolutely no desire to communicate with my brothers I just want to know POA is in place for my Father and mother
