If you're talking about your final arrangements, contact a funeral home. They have all sorts of tools to help you, and they can steer you to what you need. I've found them to be very helpful.

Do you mean dying or do you mean after you are dead?
Are you thinking of pre planning services and burial or cremation? Funeral directors can help with that.
As to pre-planning much else it is almost impossible given you cannot know what your physical and mental condition will dictate in terms of needs as you travel on.
More specificity would help us answer you better, I am thinking.

If the OP is considering final arrangements: we bought and prepaid for our Final Exits 25 years ago. Prepaid is still an option (try Google--"prepaid funeral/burial") but wouldn't be surprised to find that there are extra fees at this point; there almost always are for any service now.

Prepaid funerals also
do not count as “gifts” for Medicaid purposes, if applying for Medicaid is a potential situation

Call your Office of Aging. They may have someone who can take you thru it. If you own a house, or have assets over a certain amount, there's a way to protect them against having to probate them. Bank accts can have beneficiaries (POD). A Will is needed otherwise. Assign someone your financial and Medical POA. Prepay for funeral. Or at least leave a letter outlining what you wantdone. No gifting should be done if you think u will need Medicaid in the next 5 years. That means no turning over your house or car to someone. Start with O of A and then may be an Elder Lawyer.
