I have found that by watching it first from beginning to end of the first video. Then, by re-watching it again but now take notes, that I get more info and retain it by doing it this way. I also found that I missed some good info on the first time I watched it.
Oh, she also has in the series about bathing. BUT, I recommend starting on the first video because she Explains how those with dementia think vs. how we think. Don't skip, start from the beginning and work your way to the end (6?)
