I was accused of elderly abuse in a memory facility. Daughter had Camera in Room. I have no knowledge of what I’ve done or what I’m being accused of. I did hear it was a police called out the ED said she can’t tell me anything. Now what do I do? I don’t even know the protocol.

Do not discuss it with anyone until you have spoken to someone from Department of Labor in the state you live in.
Explain to them that you have no idea what you did wrong and no one at the facility you work at will tell you what you're accused of but they claim to have called the cops.
If it was something real, the police would have talked to you and charges would have been filed. Please speak to the Labor Department in your state. They will be able to direct you as to what your next steps should be.
In the meantime, do not discuss any of it with anyone even remotely associated with the memory facility or the family of the client without a lawyer present.

Who spoke to you of this accusation?
How were you notified?
What did they accuse you of?
What did they tell you will be the next step?
Generally it is an investigation during which you will be on suspension rather than a firing.
Be honest with everyone, and tell them what you have to told us. There is no way to respond to an accusation that has not been made. You may wish to wait until the accusation is described to you.
You should, if need be, consult a lawyer who specializes in labor and workplace law to sit with you during questioning.
Wishing you luck; hoping you will update us when you know more.

Do not speak to any law enforcement official without an attorney present.

More likely than not, it's nothing. But play it safe.

All you can do is be honest during any investigation.
When a question is asked answer the question do not embellish, do not add to the story.
I also would not discuss this with anyone you work with. Whatever you say to someone can be used.
Personally I would get a lawyer and discuss what the next steps are. (if by chance you are in a union contact your rep)

Many of these accusations amount to nothing. My gut feeling tells me that if you really truly can not think of anything that you did this might be nothing as well.
I know myself that if I ever did anything that might be thought of as abuse I would remember it. (the few times I yelled at my Husband I could probably tell you what was going on that lead up to it, couldn't tell you the date though)
