Or else she's sure we want her to die. Help!!

It sounds as though she is very anxious. Who is managing her care? Has she been evaluated by a geriatric psychiatrist for anxiety and/or depression? Geripsychiatrists are usually the ones who can figure out the right med or combination of meds to calm an AD patient without too much sedation. Let us know how this works out.

No, her regular doctor. She has heart issues also. She is wired walking around until she collapses but she has been up for 48 hours now and angry most of that time.

Might she have a uti? If this is a big change, I would take her to ER

She would be much better off in a full time health care facility. She would have nursing care and be safe. Also, you need to take care of yourself, or she will outlive you. Where will your mother go, if you are no longer there?

UTI, any kind of respiratory infection... can be most deadly. Most alzheimers patients believe it or not pass from uti's. Not from the alzheimers. If the money is available, i would of put my dad in a facility, but he has been home with us and going down hill quickly. I would also take her to the er, especially if her urine is an amber orange color, or darker than usual, or not a regular output as usual. god bless
