He is able to care for him with aides, but is getting slower both physically and cognitively. He's also becoming more tired with PD. His son has cerebral palsy, is blind, mentally challenged, and is in a WC. They are very vulnerable presently and need to be in a more stable environment. Thank you!
How old is his son?
Is your brother a Veteran? If so depending on where and when he served Parkinson's may be linked to his service. He may qualify for some help or a great deal of help.
