I have been acquiring medical records in paper form. Acquiring them electronically would make it easier for me to review and retain. It should also be less time consuming for the nursing home. However, in the past three years the home located in Ohio has attempted to evict mother three times. All three were either withdrawn or found without merit. I believe the evictions were levied because based on the content of the medical records I fired her first physician and send a complaint to the state regarding drug handling and conveying in a reasonable time critical laboratory values. These were found valid for her specifically but not based on state review to demonstrate to impact the other randomly selected residents the state reviewed. Thus, I don't expect any help from them unless there is a legal statute or code or other avenue they cannot avoid. Any suggestions, comments, or referrals are appreciatedl
