Especially for Kindle Fire. I want to scream, throw something at something. So upset. Husband's extra problems adding stress and frustration to already stressful
situation. He had stroke.

If you can get away for a few minutes at a time, I know of no way to discharge the feelings better than a vigorous walk listening to music you enjoy. If you can't leave, a good aerobics workout could help a lot. Vigorous activity helps to discharge the energy created by the adrenaline pumping through your blood.
