I am my husband's Power of Attorney ("General Power of Attorney") and it includes property and health. He has the same to make him my POA. But that was when we lived in Alaska in 1999. Now we live in Texas and have a new will. But I thought this Power of Attorney would be OK as long as we live.
By the way, both POAs were done by Kopperud & Hefferanb, Attorneys at Law in Alaska.
