I have to tell you all that this is one of the best things that have ever happened to me. I started coming here when I was caring for my mom after her stroke and was frazzled beyond belief with no help really and the attitude my mom had developed during that time. I can't begin to tell how much it helped me to know that others were understanding my situation and how much I appreciated everyone taking the time to answer my letters with wonderful advice and reassurance that I wasn't a bad daughter for having burnout. My mom passed away in July and I have been dealing with the loss and with the wonderful help of my husband I am doing ok. I just want to say hang in there to those who are struggling and thanks again to those who gave me advice when i needed it.
Again, thanks so much for letting us know that anything anyone said here might have helped a bit.
I sometimes wonder if what I write out is taken in, digested and used or spit out.
I am sure others wonder the same.
It is always nice when someone responds or replies.
