If you provide more details, we can give better answers.
Transportation for what? Medical appointments? Grocery shopping? General activities in the community?
For what level of need? Wheelchair? Disabled with dementia? Independent living for someone who just isn't driving anymore? - Are you needing someone to wait while you do something and take you back somewhere?
If you mean free or low cost transportation, that is very different from Uber/Lyft/taxicabs.
You can start with your Area Agency of Aging to see what's available in your community. Across county lines may be a problem as many of the free and low cost options are confined to their county limits.
